The art of surreal imagery
Manipulation of photographs done in a subtle alteration of colours or specifically selected colours to enhance certain aspects of the image. This effect is done to create surreal images which cannot be achieved in reality and have an aura of hyper realism.

The HDR effect
HDR (High Dynamic Range) imagery is an effect that composites multiple images which are almost identical taken at different exposure levels. The finer result is a very surreal and more life-like image.

As you can see the details are enhanced whilst the image retains its reality quality.

Thanks to my former lecturer and overall great guy Peter Burton for lending me the incredible Nikon D90 for me to take amazing photos with for my Photographic essay.
The Nikon D90 is a fantastic DSLR (Digital single-lens reflex) camera. I went out and took some photographs with the camera and here is a sample of the 500+ photos I’ve taken.

Week 6 website design completion
This week I redesigned my GUI/website to fit my political theme of AIDS in Africa. This website had to have typographical aesthetics and a grid-like structure for appeal and consistency common for mainstream websites.
Use of the Lorem ipsum for the body of text is encouraged as it simulates manually written paragraphs and display an accurate portrait of the typographical design.

After showing my Political Poster to my lecturer and putting it online on my DeviantArt account and received constructive to aid my redesign of the poster.
